What is your return policy?
We
do not accept returns due to the nature of our gowns being all made custom made to our brides specific measurements.
All sales are final.
However, I do guarantee the quality of my companies work! We use all the finest materials & I
WILL bend over backwards to make sure during the photo approval process, that your
dress is exactly what you want!
Will my dress look exactly the
same to the picture?
Yes, we do an excellent job of getting as close
as we can to the photographs provided. It is however very challenging to create a dress based on photo's that are
not clear. Our dresses are not replicated by copy machine. We do not have original gowns to copy, nor would we do that.
Copyright laws in mind Please allow a slight differences in the dress.
Do you make dresses that are not shown on your website?
You bet! You can send me some detail pictures of the dress that you would like us to make to
melanieheller@repliccaweddinggowns.com I will research the fabrics used by the original designer, and offer you the prices based on what materials you choose
to have the gown made with. FYI I do offer the silks now! & for brides on a really tight budget I can do the gown in polyester
fabrics as well!
Do I pay full payment before you made the dress?
Yes, full payment will be required before I get started on your dress.
How far in advance should
I order my dress?
Normally, from the time that you order and pay
for your dress to the time that you receive it, is 35-40 days. We highly recommend that you place your order at
least 3 months before your wedding. I do accept RUSH orders of 3 weeks minimum. There is a small rush order fee of $50.00.
Will I need to do alterations on the custom made dress once I receive it?
Since our dresses are made to the measurements that you give to us, there should not be any need
for alterations if you have your measurements taken correctly. (We strongly recommend having your measurements taken
by a professional seamstress.) If you are planning on losing any weight
I recommend a lace-up
corset style back.
Is there an extra fee on plus sizes dress?
There is a plus size fee of $75.00 (It depends on the fabric of the dress and your measurements)
if you order a dress bust size is 45" + or hip size is 50" +.
